Forty years of patch repairs had left the plant room with more joints than original pipe. We are replacing the distribution runs in phases so no floor is ever without water for more than a working day.
Phases one and two are complete and commissioned. Phase three — the riser to floors five through nine — is on site now, with the final valve set scheduled for the week after.
