An occupied care home cannot lose hot water, so the programme is built around the residents rather than the pipework. We work one wing at a time, with temporary provision in place before anything is isolated.
The east wing is complete. The central block is on site now, including the new thermostatic mixing valves that bring every outlet within the required temperature range.
